I had to overcome something to put in honestly in my Insight Out which people at work, deeply in my heart I despise.
Somehow I knew that it would boil down to me again. I prefer to remain in the ‘hate position’ and also in my role as manager, I have a dominant position.
Yet I am happy that I now know why these people show up on my path. Now I know that, when I come across someone I think is a looser, and tend to give a bad rating, that this says something about myself and demands something challenging from me. With my Insight Out, I got a clear picture of what I have to do in contact with him. He has something to develop, but so do I. And funnily enough, it is only now that I see how he enriches our team.
