center;\">Training for internal coach within your organization<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">As an <strong>internal coach<\/strong>, you can join our training program to become a certified\u00a0<em>mIO Practitioner<\/em>.<br \/>\nIn this program, you\u2019ll learn to coach employees using\u00a0<em>mIO,<br \/>\n<\/em>to address personal challenges related to emotions and motivation.<br \/>\nCoaching with\u00a0<em>mIO<\/em>\u00a0provides you with both structure and depth, empowering you<br \/>\nto create meaningful and transformative coaching experiences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The training program consists of:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Two half-day sessions<\/strong>\u00a0held on location.<\/li>\n<li><strong>An individual coaching session<\/strong>\u00a0focused on a personal theme of the coach, guided by an experienced\u00a0<em>mIO<\/em>\u00a0coach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Five hours of supervision<\/strong>, where practical case studies are reviewed using video recordings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A follow-up day<\/strong> to share experiences from the field with other participants and practice together.<\/li>\n<li>The program concludes with a certificate upon meeting the training criteria, as well as\u00a0<strong>one year of access to the\u00a0<em>mIO\u00a0<\/em>tool<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-26877-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-has-style\" ><div class=\"panel-row-style
