I prefer to remain in the &#8216;hate position&#8217; and also in my role as manager, I have a dominant position.<\/p>\n<p>Yet I am happy that I now know why these people show up on my path. Now I know that, when I come across someone I think is a looser, and tend to give a bad rating, that this says something about myself and demands something challenging from me. With my Insight Out, I got a clear picture of what I have to do in contact with him. He has something to develop, but so do I.
