I went (after an inner struggle) to the career coach of the university, because I realized that I had to be helped to break this blockade.<\/p>\n I was avoiding studying by doing a lot of sports. The most important result for me was that I understood myself and got words to communicate how I can best study. I discovered that my obstinate decision to do everything myself and my allergy to unsolicited help (no longer wanting to be helped!) became too extreme. I had completely forgotten that I need the inspiration of others and that help of others does not mean that I no longer do it myself. I feel motivation again to get started. I hope I can turn off that inside voice that punishes me.
